Moderate Fiqh in The Perspective of Islamic Boarding School Students

Moderation in fiqh issues is one of the things that must be developed because it has a comprehensive character. This study aims to determine moderate reasoning students Mahad Aly Salafiyah Syafi`iyyah Situbondo building religious moderation. research uses literature review using method traditional review. The type data used secondary data, namely obtained from library materials by reading and studying works Ma`had with titles People's Fiqh, Reality Building Central Islam, Progressive Fiqh. Based on discussion analysis been done, can concluded an educational institution concentrates ushul studies. Through reasoning, several thought were born book form: In these works, efforts are made build moderation broadening horizons thinking four schools combined rules, combining text reality, avoiding fanaticism within give birth solutive thinking, tolerance, unity, harmony, awareness state life.
